Green Quarter Ltd offers quality guest accommodation to visitors looking to enjoy easy access to the English Lake District and the nearby Yorkshire Dales with a sustainable theme. The owners have invested significantly in green energy and a comprehensive range of other measures since the inception of the business and renovation of the cottages which are highlighted to guests via a number of different routes. Guest information presented is detailed and allows guests ease in planning activities on site, highlights where to visit and also some of the excellent green measures incorporated on site, this is coupled with a small bar offering the best in local drinks ‐ purchase of beer donate 10p to local initiatives. Overall a very strong performance on the new criteria measures.
